We will use this so that people who participate in the pre-sale can sell their PERMANENT NFTS. There will be 2 types of sale, the first will be traditional, someone publishes his NFT at a certain price and someone else will buy it at that amount. The other will be through "Offers", this method is based on the fact that the owner of the NFT publishes his product and different potential buyers send their offer in private and the owner of the NFT decides what sale price to accept.

A commission will be charged to the Marketplace of 7% for each transaction made. This will go to the reward pool.
